Although TVG does not directly purchase limited partnership interests, the firm maintains relationships with a number of investors (principals only) to whom it can refer you to obtain a no-obligation bid for your interest. This service is provided at no fee to the seller and TVG earns a referral fee paid by the buyer if a sale is ultimately completed.

Investors wishing to take advantage of the referral service will need to provide the following information so that TVG can properly evaluate investments before making the referral:

• Financial statement issued by the partnership for the most recently closed fiscal year
• Financial statements issued during the partnership's current fiscal year (if any)
• Partnership Agreement
